Built on nearly two years of hands-on operations experience, not just software knowledge. I don't start with automation. I start with how your business actually runs, then build the system around it.

My path here didn't start in software.

It started in the classroom. For two years, I taught, which meant taking complicated ideas and breaking them into steps anyone could follow. The skill turned out to matter more than I realized.

From there, I moved into customer service, where I spent over two years on the front lines of what makes a customer feel taken care of and what makes them give up and leave. I learned that most bad experiences aren't about bad people or broken software. They're about broken processes.

That understanding led me into Executive Assistance, working directly alongside a founder for nearly two years, managing the day-to-day of a growing business from the inside. That's where it all clicked: business owners weren't struggling because they lacked effort, or even software. They struggle because the pieces aren't connected.
